Matrice 30T: three cameras, one rooftop
Wide, zoom and thermal answer different questions. Choose the right sensor, distance and thermal gain for each deliverable, using the M30T's published specs.
Introduction · 1 of 7
Six HVAC units. One is failing.
A property manager says one rooftop unit is overheating and the flashing near unit 4 is loose. You have one battery and three cameras. Which one answers which question?
The M30T carries a 12 MP wide camera, a 48 MP zoom camera (113–405 mm equivalent), a 640×512 thermal camera and a laser rangefinder in one payload.
Thermal cameras see temperature differences, not detail. Zoom cameras see detail, not temperature. Inspection work means using each where it's strong.
