The Shutterstanding Academy
Understand why the picture works.
Every lesson runs the same nine steps: introduction, how it works, experiment, guided exercise, challenge, feedback, mastery check, XP and what to try next. Challenges are scored with real exposure and motion physics.

Shutter speed: freezing and showing motion
How long the sensor collects light decides whether a moving subject is crisp or a streak, and how bright the frame is.
Skills: Exposure control · Camera operation · Photography fundamentals
Matrice 30T: three cameras, one rooftop
Wide, zoom and thermal answer different questions. Choose the right sensor, distance and thermal gain for each deliverable, using the M30T's published specs.
Skills: Camera operation · Drone selection · Mission planning
Challenges
A client needs a sharp photo of their branded delivery van passing through the intersection at 30 mph. You're hovering 40 m away in full midday sun. The van's logo must be readable at 4K: no more than 2 px of blur.
Now the client wants energy: the cyclist should look fast. Flying the Avata 25 m off the bike path in full sun, give the rider 6–40 px of motion blur at 4K while keeping the exposure right. Hint: the Avata's slowest shutter is 1/50 s, and the aperture is fixed.
The M30T's wide camera must document a vehicle leaving the site at blue hour (EV 8) at 15 mph, 30 m away. The aperture is fixed at f/2.8, so you'll have to trade noise against blur. Keep blur ≤ 3 px.
